What is the status of my order?Updated a month ago
The best way to check your order status is by using the chatbot in the bottom right-hand corner of our website.
- Select "Track and manage my orders".
- Enter the email or number used to purchase then the verification code we send you via email or SMS.
- From there, you should be able to see your order history with tracking for shipped orders.
If you are concerned that you haven't received your order, send us an email at [email protected] with your order number or full name and shipping address and we will get straight onto it.
Please keep in mind, to get updates, we have to contact our couriers who are only open on working days, so it may take up to a day to get updates from them.
