There is nothing in Three Spirit that would make it illegal for you to drive.

That said, everyone reacts to our drinks differently and should be responsible for their actions, just as if you were tired, or have had too much caffeine. Please note Nightcap contains valerian root and other natural relaxants.

We always think it is best to be on the safe side, so advise waiting up to an hour to drive after drinking Three Spirit.
